1: Do you ship directly to Amazon and offer prep services?

Yes, but we need aditional information to verify your eligibility. We ship directly to Amazon and we also prepare the products but the
preparation has an additional cost, We also ship to your brick and mortar
store, e-commerce or directly to a warehouse.

2: What payment method do you accept?

We accept most credit cards, wire transfer and cash.

3: Do you have an Excel inventory file?

Yes, once you are registered and your account is approved by our team
you will receive an email with the link to download the file.

4: Can I negotiate the price of the products?

Yes, once you send your order inquiry our sales rep will contact you to start
the negotiation.

5: Who pays for the Freight/Delivery?

We offer a variety of options to the client when they send us a purchase
order, many times it is better that we take care of the shipping for an
additional cost, otherwise the client must provide labels and BOL once the
order is approved.

6: Do I need LTL freight/Loading Dock to purchase?

No at all, our warehouse specializes in shipping your order directly to the
door of your business, warehouse, FBA, but in some cases the order is
very large or palletized and does require LTL.
