Terms and Conditions

1: All sales are final / no order cancellation when you send the payment.

2: We do not collect taxes, that is why you need a certificate of authority
or a reseller permit, they have different names by state.

3: You have 24 hours to pay the invoice generated once we approve
your order.

4: Your order is processed within the first 24 hours after we receive and
verify your payment. Payments made on weekends and/or holidays will
be processed the next business day.

5: Snow, heavy rain, wind, storm warning or earthquake may affect the
day scheduled for your delivery.

6: If your product require prep before sending to AMZ, you are required
it in the negotiation with the sales rep, if you are not sure if your product
needs to be prepared before being sent to Amazon, ask your sales rep
first, we are not responsible.

7: We are responsible for damages, missing boxes, etc. only when the delivery person is leaving the merchandise.

8: After 24 hours of making your purchase you will receive a delivery confirmation email with the date, time and day and the details of your order. We usually only deliver on Mondays throughout New York.

9: The price of the preparation in case your order needs it does not
include in the unit price. The price of this service will be an extra charge
and will cost depending on the service offered.

10: You can negotiate the minimum order, each product is different and
has a different minimum order quantity that will be by default on the
product page.

11: We are a wholesaler, we do not sell by unit, we sell by cases and
each cases brings a % of units, EX: 1 case of ketchup brings 10 units of
ketchup and our minimum for that product would be 3 cases. If you buy
the minimum you would have 100 units of ketchups.

12: We only sell to US Registered business!
